What deadlines do I need to meet before moving out?

Before moving out, the most important deadline is your booking End Date. Unless your building team tells you otherwise, your room should be fully vacated by midnight on your End Date.

By this deadline, please make sure you have:

• Removed all personal belongings, food and rubbish from your room.
• Cleaned your room, bathroom and kitchen area, if you have one.
• Returned all keys, fobs and post box keys to reception.
• Provided your forwarding address to Residence Management.

You should also arrange your pre-checkout inspection before your End Date, where this is available. This gives the team a chance to review your room with you and highlight anything that may need attention before you leave.

If you miss your move-out deadline, return keys late or leave belongings behind, this may cause delays and could lead to charges. To keep everything smooth and stress-free, check your booking details in your Scape Portal and speak to reception if you are unsure about your exact check-out time.
