Before moving out, the most important deadline is your booking **End Date**. Unless your building team tells you otherwise, your room should be fully vacated by 10am **on your End Date**. By this deadline, please make sure you have: - Removed all personal belongings, food and rubbish from your room. - Cleaned your room, bathroom and kitchen area, if you have one. - Returned all keys, fobs and post box keys to reception. - Provided your forwarding address to Residence Management. You should also arrange your **pre-checkout inspection** before your End Date, where this is available. This gives the team a chance to review your room with you and highlight anything that may need attention before you leave. If you miss your move-out deadline, return keys late or leave belongings behind, this may cause delays and could lead to charges.
