What can I do through the resident app?

The Scape resident app helps you manage everyday life in your building from one handy place. It is designed to make key tasks quicker, clearer and easier while you live with Scape.

What you can do in the app

• View your booking details: check information linked to your room, contract and stay.
• Manage payments: view payment information and track what has been paid or is due.
• Log maintenance requests: report repairs or issues in your room or building and track progress.
• Track parcels: receive updates when larger parcels arrive at reception.
• Access documents: find useful information such as the Code of Conduct and other resident documents.
• Find equipment manuals: access instructions for appliances and equipment in your building.
• Complete your gym waiver: where your building has a gym, you can access the waiver needed before your gym access is activated.

It is a good idea to keep app notifications switched on so you do not miss parcel alerts, building updates or important messages from the team.
