What are the steps in the booking process?

Booking your room at Scape is designed to be simple and fully online.

Booking steps

• Find a room: visit the Find a Room page on scape.com
• Choose your location and room type: select the building, room style and contract option that suits you
• Select your room details: where available, choose your preferred floor or room option
• Create your Scape account: this lets you manage your booking, payments and documents
• Review your Residence Agreement: read it carefully, then sign digitally when you’re ready
• Make your initial payment: this is the final step needed to secure your room

Once your booking is complete, Scape will send you a confirmation email straight away. Keep this email safe, as it includes important details about your room and booking.

Before signing, take time to check your room, dates, payment details and contract terms. Your Residence Agreement is a legal document, so it’s worth reading properly.
