Is there out-of-hours emergency support?

Yes. Scape has out-of-hours emergency support available, so you are never on your own if something urgent happens.

Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. That means there is always someone available to help with emergency situations, including urgent building issues, safety concerns, lockouts, fire alarms or situations where you need immediate support from the on-site team.

If there is an immediate risk to life, a serious injury, a fire or a crime in progress, call 999 first. Once it is safe, let reception know so the Scape team can support you and help emergency services if needed.

For urgent building issues, contact reception straight away. This could include things like flooding, power failure, loss of water, serious access problems or anything that could affect your safety or the safety of others.

If you are unsure whether something counts as an emergency, speak to reception anyway. The team can help assess the situation and guide you on what to do next. It is also worth saving your building reception number in your phone when you move in.
