Is there help available with luggage or moving in?

Reception staff can help you understand the move-in process and advise on arrival logistics, but Scape does not offer a formal luggage handling service.

You’ll need to move your own belongings into your room, so it’s a good idea to pack in a way that is easy to carry. Suitcases, labelled bags and smaller boxes can make move-in much smoother.

Parents, family members or supporters are welcome to help you move in. Please be mindful of other residents arriving at the same time and follow any guidance from the reception team on where to wait, unload and move through the building.

If you are arriving by car, please contact your building reception team in advance. There is no resident parking on site, but temporary loading or unloading access may be possible at some buildings. This needs to be arranged ahead of time and may be limited, especially during busy move-in periods.

If you have accessibility needs or think you may need extra support on arrival, contact reception before move-in day so the team can talk through the best way to help.
