Is reception available 24/7?
Yes. Scape reception is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so there is always a member of staff on-site if you need help.
If you already live at Scape, you can go to reception at any time. The team can support with day-to-day questions, access issues, parcels, building information and urgent concerns.
When to contact reception
- You need urgent help: go to reception in person or call your building directly.
- You have a building question: reception can help with facilities, local information and who to speak to next.
- You need resident support: the team can listen, guide you and signpost you to the right support where needed.
- You have a maintenance issue: report it through the Scape Student app, or speak to reception if it is urgent.
For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 first, then let reception know as soon as it is safe to do so.
