How do I upload documents?

You don’t need to upload documents as part of the online booking process itself.

Before you arrive, you may be able to upload your documents through the Scape App, where requested. The Scape team will then check your documents in person when you arrive for check-in.

How it works

• Complete your booking online: choose your room, sign your Residence Agreement and make the required payment
• Use the Scape App before arrival: follow any prompts to submit documents if asked
• Bring your documents to check-in: have your photo ID and student ID or proof of study ready
• Get verified in person: the team will check your documents before issuing your keys

If you’re unsure what to upload, or you think there may be an issue with your documents, contact bookings.uk@scape.com before you arrive.

To avoid delays, make sure the details on your documents match your booking wherever possible and keep them easy to access on check-in day.
