How do I update my payment details?

You do not need to update saved payment details with Scape, because Scape does not store your card or bank details.

When you make a payment, you’ll choose from the payment options available through your Scape account and Scape’s payment partner, Flywire. The options shown may depend on your location, currency and the payment method you choose.

What this means

  • No saved card to edit: Scape does not keep your payment card details for future use.
  • Choose each time you pay: when a payment is due, log in and select from the available payment methods.
  • Follow the payment instructions: use the details shown, especially for bank transfers, so your payment is matched to your booking.
  • Keep your contact details updated: make sure your email address is correct so you receive payment reminders and confirmations.
