How do I update my emergency contact information?

You can update your emergency contact information through your Scape portal, or by speaking to your building reception team.

Your emergency contact is the person Scape may need to get in touch with if there is a serious concern about your wellbeing or safety. It should be someone you trust and who is likely to respond if contacted, such as a parent, guardian, family member or close friend.

When to update it

Please update your emergency contact details if:

  • The person’s phone number or email address changes.
  • You want to choose a different emergency contact.
  • Your relationship with that person changes.
  • You notice any incorrect or missing information in your portal.

It is a good idea to check these details from time to time, especially if you have recently moved, changed your phone number or updated other personal information.

If you cannot update the details in your portal, pop down to reception or contact the Scape team for your building. They can help make sure the right information is recorded, giving you and the team extra peace of mind during your stay.
