How do I track the status of a repair?
You can track the status of a maintenance request through the Scape app. Once you have logged an issue, updates will be added to the request so you can see what is happening and what stage the repair has reached.
How to check your repair
- Open the Scape app: log in using the account linked to your booking.
- Go to your maintenance requests: find the issue you reported.
- Check the latest status: look for updates from the maintenance or residence team.
- Review any notes: the team may add information about access, parts, contractors or next steps.
Repair times depend on the type of issue. Emergency repairs are prioritised, while essential and general maintenance requests are handled in line with repair targets. If a specialist contractor or replacement part is needed, the repair may take longer, but the team should keep you updated.
If you have not received an update after the expected timeframe, contact reception and ask for a progress check. Include your room number, the issue you reported and the date you logged it, so the team can find your request quickly.
