How do I submit special requests?

To submit a special request, email the Scape bookings team at bookings.uk@scape.com with the details of what you need.

It is best to send your request before you book or at the time of booking. This gives the team the best chance to review it, explain whether it may be possible and note it against your booking.

What to include

  • Your full name: use the same name as your booking or account.
  • Your preferred building: include the Scape location you are booking or considering.
  • Your booking details: add your booking reference if you already have one.
  • Your request: explain clearly what you are asking for and why it matters.
  • Any key requirements: include accessibility, medical or wellbeing needs if relevant.

The team will review your request and let you know whether it can be accommodated. Special requests are treated as preferences and are not always guaranteed, so if your request is essential, please wait for guidance before completing your booking.
