How do I submit a cancellation request?
To submit a cancellation request, email the Scape bookings team at bookings.uk@scape.com. Your request will be reviewed against Scape’s Refund Policy and the cancellation terms that apply to your booking.
What to include
- Your full name: use the name on your booking.
- Your booking reference: include this if you have it.
- The email address used to book: this helps the team find your booking quickly.
- Your Scape building: include the location you booked.
- Your reason for cancelling: explain whether this is during the cooling-off period, due to study changes or because you have found a replacement.
- Supporting evidence: attach documents such as a university letter or visa rejection notice if relevant.
After receiving your request, the team will review your booking and confirm what happens next, including whether any refund applies.
Please do not assume your booking has been cancelled until Scape confirms this in writing. If you are close to a deadline, get in touch as soon as possible so the team can review your request promptly.
