How do I set up or change a payment plan?
Your payment schedule is set when you book and cannot usually be changed. The due dates are fixed in line with the schedule shown in your Residence Agreement and Scape account.
This means you should check the payment plan carefully before confirming your booking, so you know what is due, when it needs to be paid and whether the schedule works for you.
Where to find your payment schedule
- Scape account: log in to view your upcoming payments, amounts and due dates.
- Residence Agreement: your agreed payment terms are included in your contract documents.
- Booking Confirmation: this includes key payment information for your stay.
If you are paying by bank transfer, allow enough time for the payment to clear before the deadline. Your payment is only complete once it has been received in cleared funds.
If you are worried about making a payment on time, contact your residence team as soon as possible. They can talk through your situation and explain what support or next steps may be available, but your payment schedule itself remains fixed.
