How do I request an accessible room or adjustments?
To request an accessible room or any adjustments, contact the Scape bookings team before you book. This helps us understand what you need and confirm whether the right room, building and facilities are available for your stay.
Please do not book a standard room and plan to arrange accessibility requirements later. Accessible rooms and adjustments need to be discussed as part of the booking process, so the team can make sure your accommodation is suitable from the start.
How to request support
- Email the bookings team: contact bookings.uk@scape.com.
- Explain what you need: include details such as step-free access, bathroom requirements, room layout, equipment space or other practical adjustments.
- Share your plans: tell us your preferred building, university, room type and contract dates if you know them.
- Wait for confirmation: the team will review your request and explain what can be offered.
