How do I report a maintenance issue?
If something in your room or building needs fixing, please report it as soon as you notice it. The quickest way to report a non-urgent maintenance issue is through the Scape app.
How to report it
- Open the Scape app: go to the maintenance or repairs section.
- Describe the issue clearly: explain what has happened and what is not working.
- Add the location: include your room number and the specific area, such as bathroom, kitchenette, desk, door or shared kitchen.
- Upload photos: add clear photos if they will help the maintenance team understand the problem.
- Share your availability: let the team know when access to your room is easiest, if access is needed.
Once reported, your request will be reviewed, prioritised and passed to the on-site maintenance team. You will receive updates through the Scape app.
If the issue is urgent, please contact reception directly instead of using the app. Urgent issues include a power failure, major leak or flooding, loss of heating or hot water, or anything affecting your safety or room access. Reception is available 24/7, so help is always close by.
