How do I collect my keys or access?

You’ll collect your keys or access from reception when you check in.

Before your access is issued, the team will need to verify your ID and student documents, and confirm that your required payments have been made and cleared. Once everything is complete, you’ll receive your access for the building and your room.

Each resident is usually issued with one key fob. This gives you access to the main building entrance, relevant corridors and your room. You’ll also receive a post box key so you can collect your mail.

If your building has a gym and you’d like to use it, your gym access will be activated once you have completed the gym waiver. The reception team can explain how this works during check-in.

Please keep your key fob with you whenever you’re in and around Scape. It is unique to you, so do not lend it to anyone else. If you lose it, or if it stops working, let reception know straight away so they can help restore your access.
