# How do I book shared spaces or amenities?

If your building has bookable shared spaces or amenities, you can usually reserve them through the Scape app. The app will show what is available at your building and any booking steps you need to follow.

### How to book

- **Open the Scape app:** log in using the account linked to your booking.
- **Check your building amenities:** look for any spaces or facilities that can be reserved.
- **Choose a time:** select an available slot and follow the instructions in the app.
- **Follow the rules:** check any limits, capacity guidance or use instructions before your booking.

Not every shared space needs to be booked. Study areas and communal lounges are often available for day-to-day use without a reservation, although this can vary by building.

If your building has a gym, you usually do not need to book a session. Gym access is available 24/7 once your waiver has been completed and your access has been activated.

For shared event spaces, private use or anything that is not showing in the app, speak to reception. The team can explain what is available, what needs approval and how to use the space considerately.
