How do I apply a promotional offer?
To apply a promotional offer, enter the discount code at checkout during your online booking.
The code needs to be added before you make your initial payment and before your booking is confirmed. If the code is valid and applies to your chosen room, building and contract, the discount should be applied automatically during checkout.
Before you complete your booking
- Enter the code carefully: check spelling, numbers and any capital letters.
- Check the offer terms: some codes only apply to certain buildings, room types or contract lengths.
- Review the total: make sure the discount appears before you make your initial payment.
- Use the code before it expires: expired promotional codes will not work at checkout.
Promotional offers cannot usually be added after your booking has been confirmed, so it is important to check everything before you pay.
