How do I access the resident app or portal?

You can access your Scape resident account through the Scape app or the online resident portal. These are useful for managing key parts of life at Scape, including building updates, support requests and information linked to your booking.

Using the Scape app

• Download the app: search for the Scape app in the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
• Log in: use the account details you created when you made your booking.
• Check notifications: turn on app notifications so you do not miss parcel alerts, building updates or important messages.

Using the web portal

You can also access the resident portal online. The link is included in your Booking Confirmation email, so check your inbox if you prefer to use a browser.

If you cannot log in, first check that you are using the same email address linked to your booking. If you still need help, contact reception or the Scape team and they can point you in the right direction.
