Do I need to set up anything before I move in?

You do not need to set up utility accounts or Wi-Fi before you move in. Heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in your rent and will be available from your contract start date.

There are still a few helpful things to organise before arrival, so your first day feels easy and you can settle in quickly.

Things to set up before move-in

  • Download the Scape App: use it for building updates, maintenance requests, parcel notifications and messaging the team.
  • Arrange bedding and kitchen essentials: bring your own or order packs through Unpacked.
  • Set up contents insurance: protect your personal belongings before you arrive.
  • Complete your gym waiver: if your building has a gym, you may be able to complete this in the app before arrival so access is ready sooner.
  • Check your Scape account: make sure your payments, documents and arrival details are up to date.

Wi-Fi connection instructions will be provided at check-in or through the Scape App. If you are unsure about anything before you arrive, contact your building reception team.
