Can I update my personal details after booking?

Yes, you can update your personal details after booking.

It’s important to keep your details current, as Scape will use the information on your account to contact you about your booking, payments, documents and arrival.

How to update your details

  • Use your Scape account: log in to your portal to check and update the details available there
  • Contact the bookings team: if you can’t update something yourself, email bookings.uk@scape.com
  • Include your booking details: share your full name, booking reference and the email address currently linked to your booking

You should update Scape if your email address, phone number, emergency contact, personal details or student information changes.

Make sure your email address is correct and one you check regularly. Important messages, including payment reminders, pre-arrival information and booking updates, will be sent there.

If any details on your Residence Agreement or Booking Confirmation email look wrong, contact the Scape team as soon as possible so we can advise on the next steps.
