Can I review my contract before booking?

Yes, you can review your Scape contract before booking. Your Residence Agreement is shown during the online booking process, and you should read it carefully before signing.

The agreement explains the key terms of your stay, including your room details, contract dates, rent, payment schedule, deposit terms, cancellation rights and your responsibilities as a resident.

Before you sign

• Read the Residence Agreement in full: do not sign until you understand the terms.
• Check your booking details: make sure the building, room type, dates and payment schedule are correct.
• Review the Code of Conduct: this forms part of the expectations for living at Scape and is also important to understand before booking.
• Ask questions early: if anything is unclear, contact the Scape team before you complete your booking.
