Can I retry a failed payment?
Yes, you can retry a failed payment, but you may not always be able to do so immediately.
If a payment doesn’t go through, your booking will not be confirmed until Scape has received the required payment in cleared funds. Your selected room may still be on hold for a limited time, so it’s best to sort the payment as soon as you can.
What to try
- Check your details: make sure your card, bank or transfer information has been entered correctly
- Contact your bank: they may have blocked or delayed the payment, especially for international transactions
- Try another payment method: if another option is available at checkout, this may be quicker
