Yes, you can report a safety concern anonymously. Scape takes safety and security concerns seriously, whether you give your name or not.

You can raise an anonymous concern by speaking to reception and asking for your report to be handled anonymously, or by contacting the Scape team by email at bookings.uk@scape.com.

Anonymous reports can be helpful if you feel nervous about speaking up, and the team will still review the information carefully. However, it may be harder for Scape to investigate fully, ask follow-up questions or update you on the outcome if they do not know who made the report.

Where possible, sharing your name and contact details helps the team take more specific action and support you directly. Scape will handle your report sensitively and only share information where it is needed to keep people safe or manage the situation appropriately.
