Can I receive mail and parcels at Scape?

Yes, you can receive mail and parcels at Scape. Your building team can accept post and deliveries on your behalf, making it easy to order essentials, receive letters and collect parcels while you live with us.

How mail and parcels work

• Small post: letters and smaller items are usually placed in the post boxes behind reception. You will receive your post box key when you check in.
• Larger parcels: parcels that do not fit in your post box are usually held at reception for collection.
• Parcel notifications: your building may notify you through the Scape app when an item is ready to collect.

To help the team identify your delivery, always include your full name, Scape building address and apartment or room number. If your apartment number is missing, your parcel may be harder to locate and could be delayed.

Please collect parcels promptly once you are notified, as storage space at reception can be limited. If you are expecting something large, valuable or time-sensitive, speak to reception in advance so they can advise on the best approach.
