Can I make payments on behalf of the student?

Yes. A parent, guardian or trusted person can make payments on behalf of a student through the student’s Scape portal.

The booking and contract remain in the student’s name, but the payment card does not have to be. You can use a card in your own name, as long as the payment is made through the student’s account and with their permission.

How to make a payment

  • Ask the student to log in to their Scape portal.
  • Go to the payment section of the booking.
  • Check the amount due and any payment dates.
  • Enter the card details and complete the payment securely.

Scape does not usually provide separate parent or guardian accounts, and the team can’t share the student’s login details with anyone else. If you need access, please ask the student to share the relevant information with you directly.

If there is a problem with making a payment, the student should contact the Scape team as soon as possible. The team can check the booking and help guide them through the next step.
