Your Scape account is the best place to find payment information, including receipts for payments already made and details of upcoming rent instalments. This can be useful for keeping your own records, sharing payment confirmation with a parent or sponsor, or checking that everything is up to date.

How to find them

• Log in to your Scape account: use the email address linked to your booking.
• Go to your payments area: check your payment history, receipts and upcoming schedule.
• Download what you need: save a copy for your records.

If you need a formal invoice for tax, scholarship, sponsorship or university funding purposes, contact bookings.uk@scape.com. Include your full name, booking reference if you have it, building name and what the invoice needs to show.

If a receipt is missing or the amount looks wrong, contact the team with your payment reference so we can check it for you.
