Can I defer my booking to a later date?
Scape does not offer booking deferral as a standard policy. If your plans change and you need to move your booking to a later date, the best next step is to contact the Scape team as soon as possible so we can review your situation.
If your university place has been deferred, this will usually mean cancelling your current booking and making a new booking for the following year, subject to availability, pricing and the policies that apply at the time.
What to do next
- Contact Scape early: email bookings.uk@scape.com as soon as your plans change.
- Explain your situation: tell us whether your course, visa, travel or personal plans have changed.
- Provide evidence if relevant: include university correspondence if your place has been deferred or your study circumstances have changed.
- Wait for guidance: the team will explain whether cancellation, rebooking or another route may apply.
Please do not assume your booking can automatically be moved to a later intake or academic year. Your current contract dates remain in place unless Scape confirms a change or cancellation in writing.
