Can I change my room after booking?
You may be able to change your room after booking, but it depends on availability and any price difference between your current room and the room you want to move to.
If you would like to upgrade, change room type or move to a different option, contact the Scape sales team as soon as possible. We are normally happy to support upgrades where we can, but changes are not guaranteed, especially during busy booking periods.
What to know before requesting a change
- Availability matters: the room you want must still be available.
- Prices may differ: you may need to pay the difference if the new room costs more.
- Timing matters: changes may be easier during your cooling-off period.
- Busy periods can limit options: popular rooms may sell out quickly.
If you are outside your cooling-off period, a room change may still be possible, but it is not guaranteed. Contact the Scape sales team with your booking details and the room you would prefer, and we will explain what options are available.
