Can I change my booking after submitting it?

Yes, you can ask about changing your booking after it has been submitted, but changes are not guaranteed.

Scape may be able to discuss upgrades, room changes or adjustments to your room allocation, depending on what is available at the time. Because rooms can book up quickly, the options may be limited once your booking has been confirmed.

What to do if you want to change your booking

  • Contact Scape as soon as possible: the earlier you ask, the more likely the team can check suitable options
  • Explain what you want to change: include your preferred building, room type, floor or contract option if relevant
  • Check any cost difference: upgrades or different room types may change your residence fee or payment schedule
  • Wait for confirmation: do not assume a change has been made until Scape confirms it in writing

If your booking details are already confirmed and correct, keep your Booking Confirmation email safe and continue to check your Scape account for your payment schedule and documents.
