Can I access the student’s contract or account?
Scape can’t share a student’s contract, account details or login information with a parent, guardian or trusted person unless the student has given permission.
The accommodation contract is with the student, as they are the resident. This means account access, booking updates and personal information are handled directly with them. It helps keep their details safe and ensures the right person is making decisions about the booking.
If you need to view the booking
- Ask the student to log in to their Scape portal.
- The student can share relevant booking or payment information with you directly.
- If the student is happy for you to help, they can provide access to the portal themselves.
- Scape can’t provide login credentials to anyone other than the student.
