Can couples share a room?

Yes, couples can share selected rooms at Scape, subject to availability.

Dual occupancy is usually available in larger studios and one-bedroom apartments only. It is not available in every room type or at every building, so you will need to check before booking.

Both people living in the room must be eligible students and meet Scape’s booking requirements. This means each occupant must have suitable student status and be aged 18 or over on the contract start date.

What to know before booking

• Eligible rooms: dual occupancy is available in selected larger studios and one-bedroom apartments.
• Availability: not every building or room has dual occupancy available.
• Extra cost: an additional charge applies for dual occupancy.
