Are there rules for overnight guests?

Yes, there are rules for overnight guests at Scape. Occasional overnight stays are allowed, but they must be safe, respectful and in line with building guidance.

Overnight guest rules

  • Guests must sign in: every overnight guest must sign in at reception when they arrive.
  • ID may be required: your guest should be ready to show valid ID and complete any guest sign-in form.
  • You are responsible: you are responsible for your guest’s behaviour, noise, safety and any damage they cause.
  • Stays must be occasional: long-term or frequent overnight stays by the same person are not permitted.
  • No subletting: you must not let anyone else live in, rent or use your room as their own.

Your room is for you as the named resident. If someone needs to stay regularly, or you think you may need an ongoing guest arrangement, contact bookings.uk@scape.com before making plans.

If you are unsure what is allowed, speak to reception. The team can explain the guest rules for your building and help you avoid any issues.
