Are there age restrictions for booking?

Yes. You must be 18 or over on the start date of your Scape contract.

If you are under 18 when you make your booking but will turn 18 before your contract begins, you can still book. The important part is that your contract start date must be on or after your 18th birthday.

Before you book

• Check your contract start date: make sure it falls on or after the day you turn 18.
• Use your correct date of birth: this helps the team confirm your eligibility.
• Ask for help if you are unsure: contact the Scape bookings team before completing your booking.

If you are under 18 at the time of booking, we recommend involving a parent or guardian in the process. They can help you review the booking details, contract dates and any steps you need to complete before arrival.

You will also need to meet Scape’s student eligibility requirements and provide suitable ID and evidence of student status when you check in.
