# Are some rooms more expensive based on floor, view or features?

Yes, some rooms are priced differently based on their floor, view or specific features.

Even when two rooms are the same room type, the price can vary. For example, a studio or en-suite on a higher floor may cost more than the same room type on a lower floor. Rooms with a better view, preferred position in the building or other premium features may also have a higher weekly rate.

### What can affect room price

- **Floor level:** higher floors often carry a premium.
- **View:** rooms with more desirable views may cost more.
- **Room type:** studios, en-suites and apartments are priced differently.
- **Features and layout:** size, position and layout may affect pricing.
- **Availability:** prices can change as rooms are booked and availability reduces.

If budget is your main priority, a lower-floor room can be a smart choice. You will still get the same Scape quality and access to the building’s shared spaces, but at a lower price than a more premium option.
