Many Scape facilities are available around the clock, so you can use them in a way that fits your routine. Exact access can vary by building, so check the Scape app, your building handbook or notices in your building for the latest facility information.

Facilities usually available 24/7

• Reception: Scape reception is always staffed, so support is available day and night.
• Gyms: where your building has a gym, access is usually 24/7 once your gym waiver has been completed and activated.
• Study areas: communal study spaces are generally accessible at any time, unless your building advises otherwise.
• Communal lounges: lounges are usually available throughout the day and night, with usual noise and community guidelines applying.
• Laundry rooms: these are usually accessible 24/7, with washers and dryers paid for separately.

Please use shared spaces considerately, especially late at night. Keep noise down, clean up after yourself and follow any building-specific guidance.

If a facility is temporarily unavailable for cleaning, maintenance or safety reasons, the team will usually share updates through the Scape app or at reception.
